Abstract

At fractures of long tubular bones in the early postoperative period there is an expressed syndrome of endogenous intoxication which is accompanied by essential disturbance of the functional status of erythrocytes and thrombocytes, caused by membrane destabilizing phenomena of their membranes based on disorders of lipids metabolism as a result of hyperactivity of peroxidation processes of lipids and phospholipase systems.
